Accepted papers will be included in the proceedings, which will be available to all participants.  Papers should not exceed 6 sides of A4, and should conform to the IEEE format. Deadline for submission:                 Monday 19 April 2010

Costs: The Registration Fee is £130 and includes a copy of the proceedings; lunches; refreshments; and the conference dinner and tours.  Accommodation is not included but halls of residence or other appropriate accommodation will be circulated with notification of acceptance.
