Non-Attendance:

non-attendance
of authors will
result in bursaries
being withdrawn and
authors/their
institutions will be
invoiced for the
full registration
costs of
£120.00. Any
accommodation that
has been booked and
not cancelled before
the cancellation
date will also
result in the
author/institution
being invoiced for
the full
accommodation cost
of £59.00 not the
subsidised rate of
£35.00.
PGNET is a
professional conference
and will not
tolerate
non-attendance of
presenters.
Costs: The
Registration Fee,
includes a copy of the
proceedings, lunch,
refreshments and
conference dinner is
£120. Accommodation is
not included but halls
of residence or other
appropriate
accommodation will be
circulated with
notification of
acceptance.
Bursaries:
Research Students with
accepted papers are
eligible for a bursary
to cover the cost of the
Registration Fee.
