Final versions of accepted papers should be submitted via Precision Conference using this paper template. Note that this is A4 format. You should also submit a 30 word summary that will be suitable for inclusion in the programme and on the website to introduce and promote your paper.
Authors of accepted papers must complete and fax the BCS License to Publish for their paper to be included in the proceedings.
The conference will have standard Windows and Mac OS machines to support presentations. Authors with any special equipment are asked to contact the organisers well in advance to see if their needs can be accommodated. Non-UK authors are asked to bring any power supply adaptors with them. UK Voltage is 240V at 50Hz. Earthed plugs have three square pins.
For your presentation you should arrive at the beginning of your session and introduce yourself to the session chair who will be named in the final programme.
