Travelling By Air
International Visitors have the option of using either Liverpool Airport of Manchester International Airport
NearestAirport : Liverpool Airport ,Speke (25 mins by road)
Easyjet offer inexpensive flights from a number of locations direct to Liverpool Airport. From there the journey to the James Parsons Building is a 15 minute taxi ride. Alternatively  number 80 bus goes into the city centre.

 
Alternative Airports : Manchester International Airport ,Manchester (45 mins by road)
A train  operates between Manchester Airport and Manchester Piccadilly station. From there a connecting train goes direct to Liverpool Lime Street Station.

Alteratively by car, take the M56 towards Chester ( junction 6) and follow it west to the M6 ( junction 9)

Follow the M6 north towards Preston up to the M62 ( junction 21a). Follow the M62 towards Liverpool
