Registration Fees Discount for BCS-HCI, IGDA and ACM members:

  • £10 discount:  Author / HE – Students

 

Fee includes:

(1)   2 days conference attendance and access to game research presentations, info pack, lunches, coffee breaks, gala dinner.

(2)   2 days conference attendance, info pack, lunches, coffee breaks.

(3)   2 days conference attendance for up to 3 delegates with info pack, lunches, coffee breaks, gala dinner, exhibition space and company logo in marketing material.

(4)   1 day conference attendance, info pack, lunch, coffee breaks.

(5)   1 day tutorial, lunch and coffee break.

Payment Options

 

Payment can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or if you prefer we can invoice your institution/company but you must provide a purchase order number in advance from your Finance department

 

Cancellation Policy

- A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made in writing and received by the conference secretariat on or before 6th November 2006.

- There will no refund for cancellations made after 6th November 2006.

- Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizers.

- Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference.

- Request for registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to:
